Company Policy: Important Information for Booking
Before booking an appointment, please read and acknowledge the terms and conditions outlined below:
Accounts should be created under the parent's name. To create an account for easy online booking, click on "Join Now." Once the parent's information is added to the account, click on the "My Account" tab located at the top of the page.
Next, go to "My Profile" and scroll down until you find the "ADD CHILD" button. Please add each of your children to your account. Once you have finished adding your children, you can proceed to book an appointment.
To schedule an appointment, simply click on the "Appointments" tab and then select "Schedule an Appointment" located at the top of the page.
We accept all major credit cards and cash for payment. A credit card is required at the time of booking.
Our system automatically sends appointment confirmations and curbside check-in details via text/email.
Our service providers operate on an appointment-only basis. It is crucial to schedule and select appointments accurately to ensure the correct amount of time is allocated for the stylist.
Kindly allow 24 hours for online cancellations. To cancel or reschedule an appointment after the 24-hour mark, please CALL/TEXT us at (702) 781-2253. Failure to notify us of a cancellation or no-show may result in being prohibited from online booking and will result in a charge of 60% of the service price. If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, we reserve the right to skip your appointment without guaranteeing immediate service. This policy is in place to maintain the quality of service we strive for.
Please understand that we work with children, and due to the unpredictable nature of our business, there may be rare occasions when appointments run a few minutes behind schedule. We make every effort to keep delays to a minimum, and even in such cases, our stylist will still attend to you.
